Dear Jesus,
I have tried to live without You, but I cannot anymore.
I confess that I am a sinner and ask You for Your mercy and forgiveness.
I believe You are the Son of God.
I believe You died on the cross for me.
I believe You shed Your blood to wash away all my sin.
I believe You rose from the dead to give me eternal life.
I receive You into my heart now as my Savior.
I confess You as the Lord of my life.
I accept Your forgiveness, and I give You my life.
I believe I am saved now by faith.
From this moment on, I belong to You.
